I think the rom dump is bad. see if you can find any video of anyone playing through the game.

tried another transformers game (war for cybertron) and i have these weird artifacts spazzing around like someon's rotating an object really fast in blender

tried transformers autobot and it works well, i guess the nds files were corrupted since they're from back in 2011

it's possible whatever you just found is a fixed redump. I dont remember which game exactly it is but definitely one of those transformer games was bad dump from back in the day
