Where is the save files in the linux version?
I formerly used the Windows system, and have some save files in the windows version of desmume
And now i've moved to the Ubuntu, and got Desmume using apt-get
But now i cannot figure out which folder i should copy thos .dsv files to.

learn how your operating system lets you monitor filesystem activity and watch for the .dsv file being accessed.
or, learn how your operating system lets you search and search for the .dsv files

failed...
find no .dsv files in the system...
and cannot find any .ds0 or .ds1 file neither

well, youll have to make desmume create them first. while watching (if using option A) or before searching (if using option B)
