Tomodachi Collection clock not working

Every single time I boot up Tomodachi Collection, it claims I'm playing on a different system than I was before, and as a result items don't refresh. How do I fix this?

Does it make you set up your character again? In other words, is the save data completely gone?
Can you please transcribe the japanese message that appears when it first boots up?

No, it does not ask me to make my characters again, every character made is saved.
The message is (In the English Patched Version): It seems like you are playing this game in a different DS. The time setting will be changed and things like store items will not change for a while. Is it okay?
And has Yes and No options. I could post a screenshot if required,

Well, I just made a commit to fix daily events in pokemon which I thought should have fixed this problem. But I have a completely different problem where the data simply doesn't save at all. Perhaps I am too impatient and never actually saved the game. I made two miis and then one got hungry and then I quit. I dont know why that happens for me and not for you. Use the latest build on appveyor and maybe it will be fixed.
