DeSmuMe crashes immediately when opened

I am unable to get this program running on my mac

I am running OSX 10.5.5

here is the report

I am Having a similar problem
Neither DesmuME nor DesmuME-glade are working
Both crash as soon as they are opened and I get no error messages
I am running Ubuntu 8.04

slaymantis, make sure you have the latest version from sourceforge.net
