Game slows down to 20-30FPS when recording an AVI file.
Whenever I click the "Record AVI" option, my game goes from 60fps to a really sluggish 20-30fps and idk why. The recording turns out fine, but I'd don't want to struggle for a minute for a 20 second clip. At the top left of the emulator it says "fps: 60/30" normally, and I have a feeling that has something to do with it.

60/30 has nothing to do with it. it's going slow because you're using a slow codec. use raw RGB on a fast disk and it won't slow down.

I had 6 options, Cinepak, Intel IYUV (twice), Microsoft RLE and Video 1, and Full Frames, I tested them all, and the same thing happened with each. Am I missing something

full frames (uncompressed) is what I meant as raw RGB. What you're missing is probably a fast disk, then.
