Too fast...?

Basically, my DeSmuMe just seems incredibly fast!
But it's not just that... I'm playing Phoenix Wright, and when I go onto a certain screen (the Court Record), it slows down and reverts to normal pace.

It's Version 0.8, so could it just be the fact that it's old?

Please help?

If you're using the mac version, it will not go too fast in the next release.
