Every time I play Pokemon Black, there may be a brief moment where the game will stutter for a few frames along with the audio and randomly begin again. I notice this whenever I encounter trainers, sent to certain screens like the screen where a Pokemon is evolving, or when I enter certain buildings. I am unsure as to why this is happening as I have a pretty strong CPU. Would anyone know why the game would stutter like that? I can provide more information if needed )i.e. Specs, a video showing what it looks like, etc.)
P.S. I know that DeSmuMe doesn't support these games so I apologize if I am wasting time here...

junkware installed on your system or dust in your fans. run resource monitor and see if you can spy what's malfunctioning.

I tried that and it didn't work. Maybe it is just the emulator...

possibly a slow hard disk, or a hard disk going to sleep. turn your power options to maximum performance and make sure the disk never goes to sleep, or make sure you're not running everything from a really slow usb thumb drive

I'll try that. Thanks.

to clean up junkware and possible viruses run adwcleaner and malwarebytes. to fix errors on harddisk and with windows run chkdsk and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth using an elevated command prompt. (run as administrator by right clicking command prompt) if none of that works update your GPU driver to the latest via manufactures site. hope that helps!
