How to change setings in Linux version

Config doesn't include options to change many of the settings I could change in the windows version, what do?

What's the point of having a Linux version if the best option for Linux users is to use the Windows version anyway? Does the Linux version really just not have basic option settings? I assumed I just overlooked them.

Some people don't like using wine and would rather use the junky linux version which lacks 95% of features. I know, it amazes me too.
