7z support not working?

The changelog says that as of 9.5, 7z dearchiving is supported. Under Ubuntu 16.04LTS with DeSmuME v9.11 I tried opening a 7z ROM and, while the fps in the title bar seems to be running, both emulated screens are blank white. If I extract the .nds ROM itself from the 7z archive and run that, it works fine. Advice/help? Thanks.

Re: 7z support not working?

I have both wine installed as well as Virtualbox running Windows XP (for old software I cannot find in Linux) but using either defeats the purpose of running Linux in the first place - for me anyway - and that is to get as far away from monopolistic companies as possible.

Then you're not trying very hard. You could burn all your possessions and move to the moon.

Re: 7z support not working?

lol... but I'd have to rely on commercial airships to get me there. Until I get get/design an open source rocket, I'm stuck here on planet Earth smile
