Pokemon Platinum ROM:Battle moves animations not appearing

Sorry for the interruption, but,a week ago I got Pokemon Platinum and it wasn't until today that I actually played it. When I started, everything seemed okay. Until I started to notice that every time an Pokemon attacked(wild or mine) it wouldn't show the attack animation. For example, Bubble didn't show the bubbles or the lines the Growl move makes don't appear. I tried different things in the Configuration and View parts of the Emulator ,but so far, nothing has worked. I already read the FAQ and the Knowledge Base didn't help me at all, my Desmume version is 9.10 and I have erased and downloaded the ROM twice . Could someone please tell me what should I try or at least point me to the right direction?

Just in case, my computer runs on Windows and I have also restarted the ROM numerous times but it still doesn't work.

delete your desmume.ini file, surely you have scrambled your configuration

Instead of being a jer&k, you could try helping, I did search it but I haven't tampered with it at all.. Nevermind, it's not that important anyways

Your ability to assess whether people are being jerks is impaired. I told you to search, and you figured out (it appears) to search. Wasn't that helpful? I don't know which OS version you're using or how it's been modified. How am I supposed to tell you directly how to search without this turning into an epic tutorial thread? You don't even know enough about the subject to know what's helpful.

Not sure what version of desmume you guys are using, but im going to assume its 0.9.11 try the latest build of desmume

And Zeromus, most people use windows. you could start with the most basic location since the ini file is in the same file directory as the desmume.exe file. if its not there yeah there on their own.
