I think I created a bug in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

I'm at the screen between Dimble Woods and Bumpsy Plains. In an attempt to get my unresponsive Logitech controller to work, I pressed the "debug" button.

Now, Bowser can't leave the section of the map that he's on. The game acts like there are invisible walls blocking the way.

Furthermore, the game freezes if Mario and Luigi venture back a screen in the Trash Pit. This doesn't happen in the Flame Pipe.

Is there a fix, or am I FUBAR?

save in-game. close the emulator. load your save file.

I tried that at least twice; it failed.

Failed how? failed to save? failed to load? Failed to make it so invisible walls stop blocking the way? Are you sure you're not using savestates instead of saving in-game?

I fixed it by disabling cheats and doing other things that I don't remember.

ok. as usual, cheats break games. sometimes in your favor, sometimes not.
