Desmume Ad Hoc Wifi Progress

Hello there!

I was wondering: How's the progress on Wifi Ad Hoc going for Desmume?

This is what I found when I searched for it:
http://wiki.desmume.org/index.php?title … wifi_notes

But; the last time that's been updated is 2011.

So, Any news?

I'm interested because I've been looking forward to Linked Desmumes on the Same PC for a while now.

Thank you!

Re: Desmume Ad Hoc Wifi Progress

I need a bit more than that...

Just "no" won't cut it hmm

What's the latest in Ad Hoc? Are they even still working on it? If so, how are they doing?
I haven't been able to find much other than that  page.

Re: Desmume Ad Hoc Wifi Progress

despite literally there being two questions, I read your post as containing one question posed as a preface representing the contents of your head, and the second question posed as an actual question to the thread, so I only gave one answer, which required only one word.  But I suppose you meant me to answer both questions. So, I'll begin again.

Nonexistent; no.

Now, it seems youve added questions. Perhaps by answering those, youll have enough data to cut it. Here we go:

2011; no; N/A.

._.

Okay then. Why aren't they working on it? NDS's Wifi Network has been down since the 20th of May 2014. Without Wifi, it only makes sense that they should be working on Ad Hoc.
Since Desmume is, to this day, still releasing new builds, I think they should be focusing more on Ad Hoc.

Re: Desmume Ad Hoc Wifi Progress

One guy worked on wifi. I haven't seen him in a long time. I don't know why he quit working on it. I'll be sure to pass along your opinion of what he should be doing with his free time.

Re: Desmume Ad Hoc Wifi Progress

Luigi, was it? I'm not entirely sure.

But either way, it doesn't have to be him...

I'm just saying that since they (the DeSmuME team) are still continuously working to make Desmume better, I think they should focus on Ad Hoc; because the NDS Wifi network is down. It would be nice to have some sort of linking.
