DS to DS connection?

I'm currently playing through Animal Crossing Wild World and I was wondering if there's a way for two separate instances of desmume to connect to each other to emulate a ds to ds connection. Does this fall under WiFi? I'm sorry if this has been answered before, my google-fu is weak. Thanks in advance!

Re: DS to DS connection?

yes it falls under wifi. it would be emulation of wifi via local non-network connection. similar to link cables in other nintendo handheld emulators. no, it isnt supported.

Re: DS to DS connection?

Sorry I was going to post something similar. So it's impossible to use two seperate Desmume emulators and connect them even if they're on the same computer?

Sorry for being redundant, but I don't want to make a new topic if this is pretty much the same thing.

you may find other forums online with people who have hacked their desmumes to support wifi.
