White Screen (nothing happens) after reset / restart

Hey guys

I'd love to have your assistance with desmume (current version 097).

Here is my problem:

I started up a ROM-File, played a little, saved using SHIFT + F1.
When I restart or reset the ROM, the screen stays white unless I reload the saved gamefile (pressing F1).
This wouldn't be a problem, except at one point I have to reset the game on a game-level (like I would using the NDS), not on an emulator level.

I hope I made my problem understandable and relatable.

Mmm... first at all, what game are you trying to play?

Ah great, it worked out fine.

I just had to ingame-save again and now it works just ever so fine.

Thanks a lot anyways.

Oh, before I forget, the game is LoZ!
