DeSmuME 0.7.1 error pops up when I try to run the program

Does anybody know how to fix this error that keeps popping up when I try to run the program? It keeps saying the application failed to intialize properly (0xc0150002).

You need to update your VB runtimes...check the other topics concerning this on here.
