Entirely new at this
I've never done anything like this kinda of stuff so i don't know what to do, i downloaded desmune v 0.7 and the toroise thing but idk what to do now help please thanks

Go to the downloads page, and get the desmume 0.7.0 windows binary, thats all you need.

Nope, and it's forbidden to ask here about ROMS, just dump from your own carts.
