Song but no picture, white screen
Hello, I hear the sound but I have no picture, white screen. I'm using version 0.9.8. What is the problem?

Are you using version 0.9.8 on Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion? This is a known issue and will be fixed once OS X 10.8 is officially released on the Mac App Store

That issue hasn't been fixed. I have the same problem on my Mountain Lion, even after downloading the Desmume again

I have version 0.9.8 and this issue is STILL going on, and I'm not even using this mountain lion thing. I'm on a Windows alienware.
Anytime I load a game into Desmume the only thing that happens is I can hear music. The screen remains white and none of the controls work. I don't know how to fix this and I've searched online for an hour or so already, but found no one else (besides this single post) that has the same problem.
Do we know how to fix this yet?

Try switching to soft rasterizer.

What is soft rasterizer and how do I switch to it? I'm very new to desmume and am completely unfamiliar with all of its terms.

EDIT: I actually just looked it up myself, and I'm already using soft rasterizer. It's not doing anything differently when changing it either.
