questions about non-supported game

I played Pokemon Black for some time and then it freezed. I had trained some really nice pokemon and I really want those pokemon again.
So I cut and pasted the .dsv file from the battery folder in another location and started a new game. I'm wondering if it is possible to import/trade the pokemon from that .dsv file into my new game. After I started a new game I have a nother .dsv file with the same name and file size.

Other info: If I replace the new .dsv file with the old one, I can load my previous game but it still freezes after loading the game(at the Autumn screen) and when I replace back the .dsv file I get back the new game.

So is there anyway I can get the pokemon from the frozen save into the working save.

Thanks in advance for your replies.......
