There's an explanation from Luigi here, but you're on your own if you can't follow the instructions yourself, so don't start asking stupid stuff. Also, as of now, only works for WFC, so you won't be able to trade pokeshit and stuff.

I believe wifi is implemented in the SVN builds now, not the current 0.9.5 on the site. (:lol: pokeshit)

I think you can trade pokemon over GTS. I am putting up both pokemons to trade with each other from the same pc using 2 desmume - probably check later to see if it is done.

Oh there is a whole discussion going on in the link Shash put in his post. Personally, I can get onto the GTS and search for pokemon. I didn't actually trade with anyone, but I'm sure you can. Battling apparently is slow, but I haven't tested that yet.

Well ... I just completed trading pokemons between 2 platinum games using 2 desmume on the same pc running at the same time on a single ethernet connection. This will allow pokemon to evolve over trade and makes the game more interesting.

you are connecting to big N server - of course you need internet connection. The trading takes place at GTS but I didn't expect this to work - Luigi did a great job.
If the same can be done for the union room, it would be great to go inside the same union room for both games running concurrently (same as going underground which launches wireless communication).

Going into union room or underground do not connect to big N but allows pokemon players to trade, battle, chat etc which is better than connecting to big N. If we start 2 desmume emu session and they can detect each other, it would be possible to go into the same union room or underground by launching the wireless communication.

Just a thought.

I am not successful with latest svn when connecting both desmume to big N at the same time (maybe my mistake). Anyway, I use old svn and was successgul to trade & evolve Kadabra-> Alakazam and Haunter->Gengar for both Soul Silver games from same pc using 2 desmume.
