Problems with The world ends with you!

Yo i'm not new to desmume but when i tried to play The world ends with you the game plays fine until i reach a certain part of dialouge in the exact first part of the game. He has a thought bubble What just happend then bam it freezes and nothing happens. Please see if u can fx this. Also when you try this u have to configure alot of things.

are you using 0.9.4? this should be working in 0.9.5
