New Games for the Compatibility List

Hi Folks,

I have two new games for the Compatibility List once Broken Sword - Shadow Of The Templars - The Directors Cut NTSC-U, and Star Trek - Tactical Assault NTSC-U, and both run without error on my system.

I just took down the compatibility list. It is woefully out of date. Nowadays we only need an incompatibility list, which already exists, on the bug tracker.
