The World Ends With You freezing.

Hello, it seems that The World Ends With You seems to be freezing whenever the touch screen is utilized while the characters are having conversations with each other.  It seems that the touch screen either loses sync with the top and gets confused or it's having a problem rendering whatever it's trying to display. For now I'm tag teaming DeSmuME and IDeaS to play this game ( fighting the battles on DeSmuME and progressing on iDeaS). The game runs and sounds like crap on IDeaS but it lets me progress, as for DeSmume the game runs beautifully and is overall wonderful to play on.

Computer specs:
Evga 8800GTS 512
OCZ 2g Sli 1066 memory
Intel Q6660 quad core @ 2.4 stock
Windows Vista Ultimate SP1

I don't think my computer is the culprit but if you have time or a fix besides my workaround, could you find the time to look into this please?

I'm playing on version 0.9.2

I have the same problem, can you tell me how you manage to transfer files from desmume to ideas and back again?
