All of a sudden blaze black 2 running super choppy and laggy

So i started playing last night and everything was running fine, windows update overnight come back and its running like ass, made sure the update didint corrupt any system files. Then i messed with all the emulator settings : frame skip decompiler display and 3d rendering. nothing seems to work, I managed to get the game running semi smoothly until i use the speed up, it actually slows the game down when i turn it on. Have looked everywhere for a potential fix in the settings but nothing is working.

P.S i've also tried diffrent roms and they seem to be running fine (blaze black 1, platinum, HGSS)

change config > display method. after windows update your GPU drivers were probably wrecked.
