If you have a specific character, you can not open the file.

If ポ is (One of Japanese Katakana) in the file name
You can not open the file. (There is no response.)

Example

(1)
File name: ポケットモンスター パール.nds

If you can not open the file.

(2)
Except for ポ

File name: ケットモンスター パール.nds

In this case, you can open the file successfully.

I use DeSmuME 0.9.10.
This is a bug.
Please fix it.

Re: If you have a specific character, you can not open the file.

This is what you can expect from non-Unicode programs. Just use ASCII filenames and everyone will be happy.
