1) View - Magnification Filter - Normal (Best Graphic)
2)Config - Frame Skip - Tick ( limit framerate and auto minimize skipping ) - Tick the number 4 (Must be ticked!)
3)Config - Emulation setings - Tick ( use dynamic recomplier) - Untick (Enable Advanced Bus-Level Timing)
4)Config - 3D settings - Choose SoftRasterizer - SoftRasterizer Options  - Untick 3 boxes above except 1 ( Enable Textures ) - Tick all 3 boxes below. These are very important
5)Config - Sound Settings - Choose Synchronous then choose ''N'' below - Interpolation (sounds best - slowest) - Sound Core (Direct Sound Interface). For people try to fix the sound.
5) Must be run as administator (Unzip files) XD
