I have been using DeSmuME 0.9.8 for the last two weeks. I got the Pokemon Platinum Rom...I tried like twenty times to save it in the gave using the Pokemon menu and hitting save but every time I turned off the emulator after saving it wouldn't take me to the menu where it would usually ask if you want to select your current game, start a new one, or hit settings, it would just start the game over as if I were playing it for the first time and never did an in game save....SO I started using the DeSmuME save states (Shift+whatever f button) it has worked perfectly and I am right before the last person in the elite four, I beat her(just to see what would happen) and of course it saved my game. Now what occurred next is the problem that I faced when I started playing the emulator where I cant access the ingame save file..after I beat the elite four It just acts as if I never played the game.. So I loaded the file (that I saved with the save states option) that I had right before the last elite four battle and am just hoping for a solution...I appreciate all your expertise and sorry if i brought up any previous issues, however I am using 0.9.8....
