What version of glade is installed on your distro? Make sure it's the latest stable version IIRC it's a bug that was resolved.
Something about glade not properly disposing of pointers or something to that affect, however that won't resolve the problem if it's still there after a reboot.

That's something, I've actually looked into that file in Heart Gold (Had a friend dump my cart) and was curious about the utility.
