Go have fun. Try it, I might be wrong because it can't work on all computers.
Have a nice day.

I've decided to ignore Pokemon GO as my current smartphone runs it glitchy & very slow. Played almost every PKMN game, now playing PKMN White 2 DSi on DesMuMe... It was pretty slow. As Android with 512 RAM...
My PC isn't top notch: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, AMD A6-3620, 8 GB RAM DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24), Acer Aspire X1470, 512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6530D.I tried to speed up the game, read somewhere about 'dynamic recompiler', which was turned off in settings by default. Turned it on - voila - game began to run smoothly. But 1 problem occured. I use cheat database for PKMN White 2 DSi, and there was one simple AR battle code 'No random encounters, hold R for instant encounter'. With 'dynamic recompiler' turned on (as I've been warned in description below 'Emulation Settings > Use dynamic recompiler'), this code stopped working. After several tries I've come to a solution. Above 'dynamic recompiler' the option 'Enable Advanced Bus-Level Timing' was on, also by default. After turning it off, game continued to work fast & smooth, but the code began working!
Hope this info helps anyone concerned!
Bless you sir,
made an account just to reply that this was the only work around I found...
Thanks.
I tried those exact things but it is still slow as F**k on my laptop. I know its not the best but i play the sims 3 and 4 on it without any problems and also dragonage so i was wondering if there are any other settings that might to be changed so that it works properly?

Config -> Display Method has the submenu for that. DirectDraw HW with Vsync ON is what I'd go with.
Config -> 3D Settings -> Renderer either Soft Rasterizer or OpenGL.
My guess would be that when you updated to Win10 it installed some default "Standard Display Adapter" instead a driver for whatever Nvidia, AMD, or Intel GPU your device has. Post more info about your hardware if you need help figuring that out or go to whichever website and grab the latest driver.
